EXHIBITS USED AT TRIAL

Trial # 1

Exhibits 1, 2 and 3 refer to a client who was working as a plumber at a work site and had a skid of shingles fall on him from a roof three stories high.

He sustained multiple orthopedic fractures, including a fractured spine and severed spinal cord.

Two exhibits show his fractured arm and spine. The third exhibit shows the hardware put into his spine to stabilize it.

Trial # 2

Exhibit 4 refers to a college student who was a passenger in a Volkswagen Bus that was involved in a head-on collision.

Due to inadequate crush space in the front of the van, this client sustained bilateral below the knee amputations.

Exhibit 4 projects the future medical costs the client will have over the rest of his life related to his prostheses and prosthetic supplies.
